This Lean Six Sigma project focuses on improving the PMO’s On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance, which is currently averaging 80%, below the organizational target of 90%. The project aims to identify and reduce the causes of project delays, schedule variability, and resource bottlenecks that lead to client dissatisfaction, penalty costs, and reduced operational efficiency. By streamlining project execution and improving delivery consistency, the initiative seeks to enhance PMO throughput, optimize resource utilization, and strengthen overall stakeholder confidence in project delivery.
